A visit to our show model in Golden BC is suggested, but not required
Any clients who wish to try our unit for the night will be fully reimbursed for their 1-2 night stay upon completion of sale of their personal unit.
LOCATION SPECIFICS
Is your location accessible by our delivery truck? Is there room to unload and install with required equipment? A site visit IS REQUIRED to continue

$400-$1000 deposit
DESIGN + ENGINEERING
3d rendering / video walk through of unit

Plan for water & power
Septic design
Final site visit (prior to shipping)
Send plans to local contractor(s) for quotes on foundation and other non manufactured applications
12% deposit on original quote price (non-refundable)
DELIVERY + ON-SITE INSTALLATION
Our Torch and Timber site team will be present for the installation, connection to utilities, and any other post-installation construction as agreed upon in the construction responsibilities of Torch and Timber
Any further installations such as decks, railings etc, to be completed by separate contractor after container installation must be inspected at the cost of the client.
Final payment for completed post-installation construction (if completed by Torch and Timber) paid in full upon approval of the client
